We had Southern Floors resurface our existing hardwoods on the first floor and install new hardwoods in the kitchen. They did a great job weaving the new floor with the existing hardwoods and you can never tell they were once different surfaces. From start to finish James and Dustin were very responsive/communicative. We scheduled them to do the work while we were out of town for the week and got daily updates via text when they arrived and departed along with progress pictures. I would highly recommend using them for your hardwood resurfacing or new installation. Bonus: Post job completion we had to replace a toilet downstairs and it had a different footprint then the old one. Dustin came out and was able to sand and stain the small area where the old floor showed.
